- All our staff hold formal qualifications in Early Childhood Education, and we continue to update our skills. This exceeds the requirements of the Department of Community Services Regulations.
- All staff have a current senior first aid certificate.
- We are very proud of the fact that we are a NATIONALLY ACCREDITED CHILD CARE CENTRE, as determined by the National Childcare Accreditation Council. We achieved this result at a high quality level (the highest possible level) which means that we are providing the very highest standard of quality childcare for your family
- Our purpose built centre incorporates full disabled facilities, and our staff have experience in working with and supporting children with additional needs.
- We run a full pre-school programme
- A comprehensive school readiness programme targeted at the needs of the individual child. This incorporates the Jolly Phonics System, as well as learning experiences which develop all the skills necessary for children to succeed and enjoy ”big school” Please note that our school readiness programme actually starts in the Lake Room
- The children create a professionally bound portfolio presented to families each year, as a lasting memory of their year at day care. These portfolios are a visual and creative arts diary. We create these as a gift to the children and their families, and they are separate to the developmental records we compile.
- A daily slideshow of photos taken throughout the day, showing the children having fun and learning as they engage in out learning experiences.
- Information nights with guest speakers.
- A speech therapist who attends the centre and offers speech assessments and speech therapy at a hugely discounted rate.
- Our annual family disco which is FREE to all families of the centre-this includes food and entertainment by a professional children’s DJ
- Additional experiences such as the Bob Turner Wildlife Show and Henny Penny Chicken Hatchery at NO CHARGE.
- Our one-off enrolement fee is only charged upon enrolement, NOT at the beginning of each year.
